We had so much fun at the Christmas giveaway this year, the kids never fail putting a smile on our faces and tears in our eyes from the joy that ooze out of them when they received their gifts. We thanks God for giving us this assignment and we thanks all the sponsors, donators, and volunteers.

We provide various programs to restore the lives of formerly incarcerated individuals by reconnecting them to their families and their churches.

Who We Are

Established on February 25, 2017, we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, volunteer-reliant, faith-based organization that empowers our local communities in Houston, Texas by transforming formerly incarcerated offenders.

Our Mission

We aim to halt the overwhelming statistics of generation incarceration and provide a successful re-entry for formerly incarcerated individuals. the BGGG family will connect formerly incarcerated individuals with their family and communities of believers while empowering them with the Word of God and establishing business innovation relationships.

Honesty will leads BGGG Inc. to a fulfilling organization, and total freedom in this film called life for ex-offenders. Honesty is not just about telling the truth. It’s about the needs to live your most authentic life. Honesty promotes openness, empowers us and enables us to develop consistency in how we present the facts. Honesty sharpens our perception and allows us to observe everything around us with clarity.


Recovery: Recovery is an ongoing process of self-discovery and self-growth, and BGGG Inc. aspire to capture all the unique dimensions while working together with formerly incarcerated offenders to resolve the lifestyle that once had them bound in prison, darkness, emptiness, and hopelessness. BGGG Inc. acknowledges that there are many pathways to recovery regardless of prior experiences, but we will strive to provides rapid response to formerly incarcerated offenders who are re-entry back in society.


Impactful: The object of BGGG Inc. ambition is to have a powerful effect on a formerly incarcerated offenders issue or situation so it maybe really impactful in every area of their life. Strategic reintegration that is based on complete freedom, liberty and other enduring principles of our community, raising standards of living for generations, while promoting transforming, provision, and innovation.


Serving Others: BGGG Inc. believe in the importance of serving others by being apart of the Re-Entry, Transformation, Restoration, Mentorship, and Establishing for formerly incarcerated offenders and theirs family. At the end of the day our volunteers,supporters, and sponsors are commitment to effectively navigating them through re-entry component. We recognize it´s about who we have lifted up, who we've made better and what we´ve given back.


Transparency: It is the way BGGG Inc. organization and its leaders think and behave. It’s how BGGG Inc. grows trust that is rewarded by loyalty. Whether the information is positive, negative or neutral, BGGG Inc. transparency aim to share and keeping our volunteers,supporters, and sponsors as well as the formerly incarcerated offenders and theirs family in the loop, because they care about the state and success of BGGG Inc. as much as we do. BGGG Board Members 

Mary Curtis - LPC, M.ED., CSC, AD/TXC.

Board Member 

She began my career working with juvenile probation working directly with youth at the Harris County Jail. As a counselor she has served children, individuals, couples and families in varying roles as a staff therapist for Family Crisis Center of East Texas and later as the director of counseling of her own agency. In 1999, founded and directed the Safe Haven Foster Care Group Home serving teens from age 10-18 years old. Currently she the owner/Director of Golden Pond Counseling private tele-mental health practice. In addition to therapy, coaching, and consulting. her specialties is Anger Management, Behavioral Intervention, Bi-Polar Disorder, Depression, Domestic Violence, Grief, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Sexual Abuse, and Substance Abuse. 

Academic Background, Credentials and Experience included: License Professional Counselor with emphasis on Child and Family; Counseling Master Degree received from Texas Southern University of Houston Texas; Master of Education Degree in School Counseling with emphasis in gangs, teen interaction from Texas Southern University of Houston Texas; Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Houston, of Houston Texas; Certified Tele-Mental Health Therapist through Telehealth Certification Institute, LLC. Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault training certification from Family Crisis Center of East Texas (Women Shelter), Lufkin Texas Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Texas, Houston, Texas; Certified Activity Director: Specialized in Generic Mental Health for older adults. North Houston Junior College of Houston Texas; Certified Therapist in TF-CBT through the TF-CBT International Association; Certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach, through Transformation Academy; License Elementary School Teacher- State Board of Texas; License Therapeutic Foster Parent Certified by State of Texas; Member of American Counseling Association Texas Branch; Mental Health Association Texas Branch

Willie J. Curtis 

Treasurer

Willie J. Curtis is a deacon at Mt.Senora Baptist Church, Community Worker, and Surrogate parent for both Spring ISD and Groveton ISD. He was a foster parent for twenty-five years working with teen boy’s ages 10 to 18 years old. Willie has been certified in behavior intervention, grief, anger management, parenting classes, psychotropic mediations, trauma focus behavior, CPR-First aid and more. As a leader in his community and church, he has worked with the Trinity County Sheriff, District Attorney and School Administrators to promote positive outcomes for every child that has come from the Safe haven Foster Care Group Home. Many of these boys have graduated from high school and college.

After retiring from foster care, Willie was approach and accepted the volunteer position of board treasurer for the Bad Guys Gone Good, non-profit organization. His primary goals are to assist these young men to succeed after being release back into society.

About Our Founder

Evangelist JW Williams is the founder of Bad Guys Gone Good INC. 

After having an experience with God through a dream, Evangelist JW Williams became a part of Joy Prison Ministry operating as their evangelistic coordinator. From that day forward, he has shared the Word of God to men and women in prison while at the same time serving others. Performing acts of service, expressing love, and praying together as a family is the strength behind Bad Guys Gone Good INC.

As a believer and a Faith Walker, Evangelist JW Williams, is a prayer warrior, ordained minister where he received his licensed from St. Mark Baptist Church in Humble, TX.; He has served as the former youth pastor at Evangelistic Restoration Church, former radio co-host at The Key Victorious Radio Broadcast, and a volunteer with other ministry and organizations like Jubilee Prison Ministry. He is also an entrepreneur, and the CEO of On the Spot Professional Services Pro LLC, while aspiring to be an instrument of God by advocating a movement that encourages, celebrates, and validates committed men and women who strive to never fall back into the lifestyle that left them behind bars.

Evangelist JW Williams is married to wife Tonya Hunter Williams, and is the proud Father of DaiMonique, Nehemiah, and Josiah Williams.  He holds a special parenting to Derien and Dillon and is the proud Grandfather/PaPa to four grandgirls, Luna Rose, Paislee Jade, Athena Ella-Lynn, and Aallyah Jade.
